Products on Our Website
Products on our website do not come with a warranty unless otherwise specified in the product description directly on the website.

 

Damaged Product During Delivery
We use a third party for the delivery of your purchases and are not affiliated with the suggested transportation companies on our website. We disclaim any responsibility for the condition in which your parcels may be delivered. We recommend insuring your parcel.

In case of damage, you will be required to pay for the reprinting, replacement, and delivery of one or more products damaged during transportation.

Upon receiving your merchandise, please check your parcel. If you notice a problem, notify us by email within 24 to 48 hours of receiving your merchandise at contact@togodisplays.com. Attach photos and refer to your order along with a brief explanation of the problem. Keep the damaged merchandise and box until further instructions are provided.

After the analysis of the photos, you will receive an email and/or a call from a member of our team with our decision, which remains at our discretion.

If the break or problem is not our responsibility, we will inform you in writing of the proposed solution, along with the costs of the repair, and will await your decision and agreement before proceeding with the work.

If you wish to have your product repaired, you must inform us in writing. The shipping costs associated with the round trip of your merchandise to our workshop are at your expense.

The repair of defective merchandise will be carried out as quickly as possible if the necessary parts are available. Expect a reasonable period of about 3 to 15 business days to rectify the situation.

If we cannot repair your product or do not have the same merchandise in stock, we will offer you a replacement product of similar value, and the associated cost.

Once the product is repaired, a confirmation will be sent to you by email.

 

Manufacturing Defect
Before being shipped, all our products undergo a rigorous quality control check. However, it is possible for a defect to escape our notice.

Upon receiving your merchandise, please check your parcel. If you notice a problem, notify us by email within 24 to 48 hours of receiving your merchandise at contact@togodisplays.com. Financial Responsibility
The financial responsibility of Productions Grandiose Inc. is limited to the repair of the damaged portion of the purchased product or the exchange of the product for another of equal value, and remains at our sole discretion.

 

Temporary Replacement Product for Rent
Anyone wishing to receive a temporary replacement product for rent, identical or like your purchase, during the repair period, whether under warranty or not, can avail themselves of this service.

A rental cost per week is to be expected and is subject to the availability of our inventory. The rented product may differ from your original purchase. The price will vary depending on the product and remains at the discretion of Productions Grandiose Inc. An estimate will be sent to you by email.

Rented products are subject to the same conditions described in the “Damaged Product During Delivery” paragraph and remain an accommodation while waiting for the return of your repaired original purchase.

In no case can a product from our website be rented for a short period other than if a problem has occurred.

 

Return of Rented Product
The rented product must be returned, at your expense, in perfect condition within 7 days following the end of the rental. If the returned merchandise is not in good working condition, you will be charged fees based on the condition of the returned product, even if it was not you who damaged it but example the carrier. We will notify you in writing accordingly. We recommend insuring your parcel.

If the rented product is not returned to us within the prescribed time, Productions Grandiose Inc. will charge you the full value of the product at its market value at the time, plus applicable taxes, and delivery charges. We will notify you in advance.

 

Demonstrators
Demonstrators will be billed at the discounted prices indicated on the website and are final sales, to which taxes and applicable delivery fees will be added. No returns will be accepted.

 

Exchanges
Exchanges will not be accepted or remain at the discretion of Productions Grandiose Inc. Please contact us.

 

Production and Delivery Time
For the printing of your project, you will need to upload one or more ready-to-print files. Your files must be prepared according to our standards and must comply with the templates available on our website.  Files that do not meet the standards may incur additional costs, if we need to intervene for corrections, and could lengthen the production time.

Production times vary depending on the product and may be longer for certain shipping regions. Please allow a reasonable time for production. Productions Grandiose Inc. disclaims any responsibility for any production or delivery delays that may cause inconvenience to you.

 

Price Validity
The prices of products on our website are subject to change without notice. The cost of deliveries and applicable taxes are also additional. Contact us for volume pricing, pallet pricing, or shipments outside of Canada.
